Everyday Cooking Adventures at a French Farmer’s Market

When we decided to visit Provence, France this summer the first thing I started dreaming about were the wonderful farmer’s markets. Every day of the week you can visit a different hilltop, medieval village or larger town for their market day. Since we were staying in the gorgeous village of Gordes, France we explored their market day in depth. From meats, cheese, olives and herbs to pottery, soaps and basketry you can find practically anything you could need or in my case…just want! Enjoy this slideshow of the Gordes Market:
