Picky Palate’s Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops

Saw this on Pinterest and was instantly excited because it only needed 3 ingredients and no prep work at all!! However, I was not impressed by the final product. I cooked it for the whole 6 hours on low but maybe I should have stopped at 4 or 5 hours because the pork came out pretty tough. It was almost like a pulled pork if you pulled it apart, however more stringy and less melt-in-your mouth. The sauce was okay, kinda like what you get with chicken and dumplings. I added frozen peas at the beginning, which added some color at least. All in all, neither of us were really fans and I don’t plan on making it again. Luckily, today I got some great slow cooker recipes from a family friend so I’ll try those soon. Keep passing on the recipes everyone!
